An accidental community.

Racquel Kristi has been an event producer for 20 years. Three brands under her name, all rooted in behavioral science and the neuroscience of connection. PopBliss, her wedding concept, has been featured in Vogue, Marie Claire, the New York Times, and on the Today Show. The New York Observer once called it "the Uber of Weddings."

But She Outside Again was never on the production schedule. Two years ago, after one of her gatherings, a small group of women asked when the next one was. Then they brought friends. Then those friends brought their cities. SOA grew the way the best communities do, organically, without permission.

Why we exist.

Self-care is not a candle and a face mask. For high-achieving women in their 30s and 40s, self-care is the freedom to actually have fun, with women who do not need to be explained to. SOA is built on that single insight, validated by the cognitive behavioral research Racquel keeps on her desk.

We are intentional about the experiences. We are intentional about who walks through the door. We are intentional about what happens after the event ends, because the chat group is where the friendships actually live.

What we are building.

In 2026, we expand beyond Atlanta. Charlotte first. Then DC. Then Houston. Every new chapter is led by a founding ambassador we trust. Every chapter is curated, not crowd-sourced.

We are also building toward partnership. Lifestyle brands that want to reach women 30+ with real engagement now have a structured way in through our sponsorship program. The activations are intentional. The brands match the room. Members notice.
